Contact Identity: Passenger name and mobile phone number / WhatsApp / Zalo handle to send your chauffeur’s name, phone number, and vehicle plate.
Transfer Itinerary Details: Pickup date and time, flight number (for Da Nang DAD, Phu Bai HUI, or Chu Lai VCL airport arrivals), hotel/villa address, and drop-off destination.
Service Preferences: Number of passengers, luggage volume, child safety seat requests, VIP Chauffeur Suit Meet & Greet nameboard details, or corporate invoice details.
Anonymous Technical Logs: Basic browser locale preferences and Cloudflare Edge security cookies to ensure fast, reliable mobile page loading.

Lost & Found Protection: Retaining trip logs briefly so we can immediately trace the vehicle and return any personal items accidentally left behind.

We never sell, rent, or disclose passenger contact details or hotel locations to third-party tour brokers, souvenir shops, or advertising networks.
Role-Based Dispatch Access: Only the on-duty dispatch coordinator and your assigned chauffeur receive your pickup coordinates.
Visual Privacy: Sun Travel chauffeurs are strictly prohibited from photographing passengers or posting trip details on social media without explicit passenger consent.

4. Payment Security & Zero Credit Card Storage
Our booking workflow is designed to eliminate online financial risk for international and domestic travelers:
We do not collect or store credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on suntraveldanang.com.
Zero-Deposit Policy on short transfers (Da Nang Airport ⇄ Hoi An): Book via web form or WhatsApp with 0 VND upfront and pay your chauffeur directly in cash (VND/USD) or bank transfer upon arrival.
Corporate & Multi-Day Charters: All official bank transfers and VAT invoices are processed transparently through Sun Travel’s verified corporate accounts.
